Arman has over 10 years experience in Management and Technology Consulting focusing on helping organizations improve business performance via strategic processes, organizational change, and technology initiatives. His diverse background includes process reengineering, strategy and operations, program management, IT governance, and systems design and architecture experience across a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, and supply chain management. Prior to joining Netsoft USA as Managing Partner, Arman led complex enterprise transformation and technology projects for Ericsson, Avon Products, Dannon, and Allied Irish Bank. Arman currently leads Netsoft USA’s Project Management Office and R&D group. He is also responsible for extending corporate product and solution offerings to new markets. Arman holds a BS degree in Mathematics and Engineering from Istanbul Technical University .

Arto is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in operations and financial management. His industry experience predominantly resides in professional services, manufacturing, and supply chain management. Arto is responsible for the operational and financial management of Netsoft USA. Under his leadership, Netsoft USA has experienced double-digit growth since its inception. Prior to joining Netsoft USA, Arto was in charge of operations at Pronto Jewelry, one of the largest bracelet manufacturing organizations in the United States. Arto holds a BA degree in Computer Programming.

Bob is an executive technology advisor with expertise in enterprise systems architecture and adaptive systems design. Over the past decade, he has specialized in healthcare industry solutions, serving as VP and Chief Enterprise Systems Architect for UnitedHealth Group, Chief Application Systems Architect for Aetna, and Chief Technology Officer for Equity Health Partners LLC. Bob is developing a Solutions Architecture Practice for Netsoft USA. He served in development, systems engineering and consulting roles at IBM and CSC, and holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and an MS degree in Materials Science. Bob is also the co-inventor of two US patents in the area of microelectronics.

Harry is responsible for the management of all engineering and development resources at Netsoft USA's New York City facilities. He has more than 25 years of experience in engineering development, with leadership positions at companies including Digital Equipment Corporation and Adobe Systems Inc. Harry has successfully founded several high-tech startups including BluePoint, PointCast, and Uproar. He holds five US patents in advanced graphic algorithms. At Netsoft USA, Harry is capitalizing upon his extensive experience to build and run a truly world-class engineering organization. Harry holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Newark College of Engineering (New Jersey Institute of Technology).

Joanne is a program executive with over 20 years of experience in executive consulting and information management software solutions. She has focused on providing specific business solutions for the financial services industry. Joanne is responsible for the Financial Services Practice at Netsoft USA, specializing in private capital investment and asset management. Joanne’s work experience includes IBM and CSC, where she performed business consulting and the management of large, complex development projects. Joanne holds a BS and MS in Computer Science.

Michael McWatters has over 15 years of experience as an award-winning digital designer and creative director. He has led user experience design teams on a broad range of interactive and multimedia assignments in many industries, including financial and professional services, media and entertainment, not-for-profit, and healthcare. He has worked at both global branding and marketing firms and digital design agencies. Michael holds a BS and MS in Fine Art, both with honors.
